Born in Chicago, Rance John fully transitioned to the St. Louis area at the age of 12. Growing up under the roof of a single parent household he did not always have the pleasure of visiting a barber shop. By age 15 he was cutting his own hair. It was not long before he mastered providing himself the perfect haircut. It was a no brainer for him after completing High School, he would be a barber. Alumni of Missouri Barbers College, Rance John started his career by working in a local shop. By 23 he became a business owner opening his first shop.
With over 20 years of the "Barber Hair Care Industry", veteran Rance John has achieved a tremendous amount of success. He is a multi-award winning groomer, advanced clipper cutting educator, and motivational speaker. His success has also lead him to be co-founder of the “Show Me Grooming Expo”, also TCM “The Classic Man” grooming line.
Rance John passionately loves working with a diverse group of people from varied cultures and backgrounds. His goal is to inspire everyone he has the opportunity to work with while ensuring they are satisfied and successful.
